Slowing Down, To Speed Up.
There is something strange about returning to old places.
A hometown, a childhood room, a familiar street — they hold past versions of you so vividly that, for a moment, it can feel like nothing has changed at all. Especially when you’re in a season where life feels slower than you hoped.

But sometimes going back is exactly what reminds you how much you’ve grown.
When you step into spaces that once held your younger self, you begin to notice it: the way you think differently now, the things you no longer tolerate, the dreams you once had that quietly became reality without you even realizing.
Growth is difficult to see when you’re constantly moving.
That’s why slowing down matters.
We live in a culture obsessed with speed — faster success, faster healing, faster becoming. But not everything meaningful happens quickly. Some chapters are meant for reflection, reconnection, and recalibration before the next version of your life arrives.
There is no universal timeline for a meaningful life.
You are not behind because your path looks different from someone else’s. Life is not a race toward some invisible finish line. Things unfold at the pace they are meant to.
Sometimes slowing down is not losing momentum.
Sometimes it is how you find yourself again.
And often, that is exactly what allows you to move forward.

Love this because we do need to slow and reflect constantly even when the world isn’t forcing us to; though we tend to wait till there are lights flashing (by that point it’s far beyond reflecting and more so change). Slowing is important in how we grow and evolve to be the best versions of ourselves
ay amé esto demasiado!!! me llegó como una especie de confirmación más 🥹❤️🔥
